Cancellation Policy
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 72 hours before the beginning of your appointment.
I UNDERSTAND & AGREE TO JLUX THERAPY CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULE, AND NO SHOW POLICY. I UNDERSTAND MY DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE & I WILL NOT DISPUTE ANY PAYMENTS MADE TO JLUX THERAPY.
* Please bring a valid ID. We will not service you without a valid ID.
* NO KIDS OR EXTRA GUESTS allowed due to cross contamination and interruption of appointment.
* All appointments require a non-refundable & non-transferable booking fee that goes toward the total cost of service.
* This service is CASH ONLY please make sure to bring cash the day of your appointment.
* To reschedule an appointment a one (1) week notice (7 business days) is required. If you fail to reschedule 1 week prior to your appointment you will forfeit your booking fee.
Only ONE (1) time rescheduling is allowed
* If you choose to completely CANCEL the appointment, for whatever reason, the booking fee is automatically forfeited.
* Any client arriving more than 10 minutes late will be subjected to an extra charge of $50 OR your appointment will be cancelled and you will forfeit the booking fee.
* I do NOT "touchup" other artists work. If you've had any previous work done by another artist please send clear pictures of brows BEFORE booking via email, text or IG message. All previous work is subjected to an extra charge of $100. If you come in to your appointment without notifying me of your previous work, your appointment will get cancelled and your booking fee will be automatically forfeited.
* All results will vary per person depending on skin, lifestyle, bone structure, medications taken and aftercare.
* JLUX is not liable for any changes to the brows once the final decision has been approved during shaping/consultation.
* Touchup is NOT included in the initial price.
* JLUX THERAPY reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any given reason.
RESTRICTIONS APPLY IF: (If any of these apply to you and you still come in to your appointment , your appt will be cancelled and you will forfeit your booking fee)
* Must be 18+ yrs of age
* Pregnant or breastfeeding
* Diabetic, even if controlled (Doctors note is needed with clearance)
* Are currently or have been on antibiotics in the past 2 weeks
* Have taken the COVID-19 vaccine within the past 2 weeks or have an appt scheduled to get the vaccine
* Cannot consume alcohol or caffeine 48 hrs prior to your appointment
* Allergic to alcohol, lidocaine, pigments
* Any treatment, medication, or illness/disease that compromises the immune system
* Transmittable blood conditions such as Hepatitis or HIV.
* Glaucoma and /or taking blood thinning medicine or vitamins
* Mitral valve disorder or high/low blood pressure (We need doctors note with clearance)
* Epilepsy or has experienced faint spell or seizures
* Cancer/Chemotherapy
* Pacemaker or major heart problems (We need doctors note with clearance)
* Tendency towards keloids or hypertrophic scarring
* Seborrheic dermatitis
* Skin irritations, psoriasis, eczema, especially near the treated area (rashes, sunburn, ache, etc.)
* Sick (cold, flu, etc.) If you are sick, please call to reschedule your appointment.
* Received Botox in the past 3 months in the upper brow area
* Used Accutane in the past year
* Bleached brows
* Use Retin-A or retinol (Must discontinue use of these products at least 4 weeks prior to procedure)
* Has received laser treatments, glycolic peels, chemical peels around the treatment area within the past 3 weeks
* IF ANY OF THESE APPLY TO YOU,YOU WILL BE DISQUALIFIED AS A CLIENT. IF YOU DO NOT INFORM US AND PROCEED WITH THE APPOINTMENT JLUX WILL REFUSE TO SERVICE YOU ON THE DAY YOU COME IN AND YOU WILL FORFEIT YOUR BOOKING FEE.
